Just a quick update...
This week marks an important change in the time I spend with the child I am mentoring. Beginning this week, I will be tutoring him once a week in addition to hanging out one day on a weekend. He still does not know that I would like to adopt him but he is willing to allow me to interact with him in an area that is traditionally tough for many children in foster care (school work).
