The neighbors who live above me, about whose incessant noise I have often complained, moved out on Saturday evening. We've had 2 noise-free days and nights. It's been great! No pounding at 3 AM; no salsa music at midnight; no need to call their landlord and request that the volume be turned down at 1 AM.
I am now praying that whomever moves in there next is more respectful with the noise.... The landlord there is not very discerning about people so that will be a provision from God for sure!
