Tomorrow is my grandmother's birthday.
Every year I ask her "Are you old now?" And every year she has always said, "No." Today I asked her if she was going to be old tomorrow. She said, "I'm already old."
Apparently old happens somewhere between ages 82 and 83.
On Thursday (1/22), I was talking with Grandma again. I asked her if she enjoyed her birthday. She said, "Yes." I asked if she is old now. She said, "No." So maybe 83 isn't "old" after all.

Many of my grandparents lived to be this age or slightly older.
So...she may be right!
